Monica started her fitness journey when she was 16. She has worked out regularly 5-7 days/week since then ans has extensive experience with weight-loss, function training, core and balance, yoga, kettle-bells, muscle gain and cardiovascular training. She is a certified Powerplate trainer. Monica is passionate about learning and always finding the positive in every situation. She also has an alternative therapy practice. She loves helping people find peace and happiness. Monica believes PLATEFIT is the most effective full body workout in 27 minutes. She loves the team and the amazing people she gets to train in the classes. There's nothing more fulfiling than seeing people push themselves in class and not give up when it's tough.
