PLATEFIT classes use medical grade devices that utilize rapid harmonic vibration — a unique means of destabilizing the body. This destabilization forces reflexive, subconscious neuromuscular action, in both muscular and connective tissue, in order to re-balance the body and maintain stability. The plates are always moving three directions at once: left to right, front to back, up and down. The vibration activates your muscle reflexes, and during our workout classes, muscles are contracting 30 to 50 times per second — roughly 900 – 1,500 contractions every 30 seconds

This killer 45 minute class is a high intensity, vibration centric, full-body workout targeting all the major muscle groups– WarriorFIT circuit-style routines & resistance based moves are designed to lengthen, tone, and tighten! PLATEFIT’s proprietary workout formula, along with dumbbells, exercise bands, and body weights are at the core of this sweat-sesh improving core strength, flexibility & endurance.

This is not a workout, but it is your workouts best kept secret! Therapeutic vibrations work to open the body, enhance a deep stretch, and boost recovery. RecoveryFIT is the best way to relax, stretch and vibrate any soreness away. PLATEFIT’s vibration technology works as a high intensity massage to soothe muscle fibers, increase circulation, and flush the lymphatic system. Raise the Barre on your vibration! Fundamental ballet & pilates movements meet signature vibration technology in our 27 minute BARREFIT class. This cardio sculpting session combines dance with plyometrics, weights, resistance bands and vibration for a full body workout. Micro movements and isometric contractions work with PLATEFIT’s vibration technology to improve your balance, flexibility, and deep core strength.
