PlateFit classes feature sophisticated medical-grade devices that utilize rapid harmonic vibration—a unique approach to gently destabilizing the body. This technique encourages reflexive, subconscious neuromuscular actions in both muscular and connective tissues, fostering rebalancing and stability. The plates move in three directions at once: left to right, front to back, and up and down. This vibration activates muscle reflexes, resulting in 30 to 50 contractions per second during our workout sessions, equating to approximately 900 to 1,500 contractions every 30 seconds.

Stretch, recover, restore, detoxify. 27 minute Restore-Detox-Recover classes calm the nervous system and reduce stress with therapeutic vibrations and hands on adjustments. Open your body to receive the scientifically proven benefits of vibration; flush the lymphatic system, decrease stress hormones, increase HGH, sooth and elongate muscle fibers, and visibly diminish the effects of cellulite. We require attendance of at least one to three vibrational movement classes prior to attending Restore – Detox – Recover classes. Grip-soled socks are mandatory for all PLATEFIT classes.
