I'm sure the workout would have been great if the person at the front desk or instructor told me how to turn the machine on. I wasn't even frustrated after class asking the front desk lady, but she completely avoided me and went to take care of another client...and told me she's too busy to help me out. Offered me a 2 week deal for 49$ - which I found out is a normal deal available for everyone. Pretty disappointed - and definitely felt as if the front desk associate was a bit racist as she was helping another white woman for the same issue I was having, but she was not helping me....disappointing.
