The best workout, can’t recommend enough! You will be addicted!!!!

The workout is great. Ralphie is awesome. The front desk person was horrible. She was very rude and was trying hard to keep it up. She explained things to two young women who came in just before their class but when I asked she said I should have been there 15 mins early and I should have read an email they apparently sent 6 hours prior to the class (though I had signed up via class pass about 5 days prior). I waited to pay for socks as she took her time with others but I wish I could have just bounced bc she seemed very invested in helping other people and not me. Wondering why…

I’d give 10 stars if I could. I’ve been working out at Platefit since 2019. I’m now on a monthly unlimited membership and let me tell you it’s one of the best studio memberships out there for the price point. I love the studio and all the community in it! The power plates have made me stronger in any other workout I do on the side, and I overall am just hooked on this workout !

I'm sure the workout would have been great if the person at the front desk or instructor told me how to turn the machine on. I wasn't even frustrated after class asking the front desk lady, but she completely avoided me and went to take care of another client...and told me she's too busy to help me out. Offered me a 2 week deal for 49$ - which I found out is a normal deal available for everyone. Pretty disappointed - and definitely felt as if the front desk associate was a bit racist as she was helping another white woman for the same issue I was having, but she was not helping me....disappointing.
