Southern & sweet but will kick your booty in class (all out of love of course). I began dancing at the age of 2 & just haven’t stopped since! I really dove into fitness my senior year of high school when I fell in love with the gym & discovered weight training. I enjoy incorporating my dance background with strength training in my classes. Getting the heart rate up with fun, upbeat cardio to a killer playlist & then feeling like a total bad ass with some heavy weights as we tone & strengthen our muscles. Ill be your guide on the side for a crazy 27 minute ride.

The only thing that you have control over is your mind & body. Everything else is decided by a bunch of people & external conditions. If you are truly happy & take care of yourself, no one else can snatch your happiness from you.

SQUATS! Squats on the plate are SO amazing. Placing your weight nice & deep into those heels, soaking up all those vibrations & muscle contractions in the glutes. So effective & gets that booty baking!
