Caitlin grew up as a competitive gymnast and ballet dancer. After training at the North Carolina School of the Arts, she followed her love of dance and theater to NYC. It eventually brought her to LA. She began her fitness career by teaching barre and from there she began teaching at PLATEFIT. She loves that PLATEFIT is only a 27 minute workout but still provides such a fantastic full body workout that strengthens and tones but doesn't bulk you up--a great plus in this fast-paced world. She also loves helping her clients achieve their fitness goals and motivating them to push themselves past their perceived limits.
